We saw that the customer had a need and immediately answered and handled it. Since the customer was connected with the salesperson, some professional problems still needed to be diagnosed by the technical department. Therefore, the salesperson and the head of the technical department of Litonlaser started the video overnight to get the most timely and fastest terminal for the Bulgarian customer.
