IPL Beauty Machine Description
Principle of IPL (Intense Pulsed Elight) Technology:
IPL (Intense Pulsed Elight) is a kind of light with high energy and broad wavelength, within the range from 530nm to 1200nm.Photothermic and photochemical action will be triggered by the radiation of IPL. On one hand, IPL will
promote collagen reproducing and recombining which makes the skin more flexible and smooth. On the other hand,
the light with long wavelength can easily pass through epidermis layer and will be absorbed selectively in priority by
pathological pigments which will be destroyed by high heat, and get the effect of remove pigmentations, vascular
lesions and unwanted hair.
This machine come with cooling system, make heat limited to damage the hair follicles, while allowing heat can
spread from the epidermis, in these cases, the skin will not be damaged and can be free from heat damage.
Characteristics Of Intense Pulsed Light:
- Intense pulsed light (lPL) is a type ofintensive, broad-band, coherent light source which has a wavelengthspectrum of 420 nm ~1200 nm.
- With these specialproperties, the lPL has a wide application in non-ab-lative therapies based on theory of human skintissue’s selective absorption and photothermolysisof light sources.
- Meanwhile, IPL treatment is moreeffective, with no downtime and can make thepatients get recovered more quickly than conven-tional therapies.
Advantages of Intense Pulsed Light Beauty Machine:
- Combination of multi-band spectrum and narrow spectrum design.
- More High security: Multiple fault diagnosis can help the body multiple self-protection.
- More efficient cooling. The Safer treatment can reduced guests pain significantly.
- Improve the hand-piece performance.Customers can use smaller energy parameters and fewer number of treatments, to achieve a more lasting and significant effect.
Applications of IPL Beauty Equipment:
- Face rejuvenation, improve overall facial / skin texture(550-950nm).
- Shrink pores (550-950nm).
- Cure freckles, sunburn, age spots and other pigmentation(550-650nm).
- Cure telangiectasia, acne redness, facial flushing, port wine stains and other vascular diseases(500-600nm)
- Acne Treatment.
- Fast and effective hair removal.
IPL Skin rejuvenation And Hair Removal Function:
1. IPL For Hair Removal:
IPL hair removal is a progressive treatment that removes hair all over your body – but you can use IPL to treat different areas, such as your arms, legs or pubic area, depending on your personal needs.
When using IPL, the device emits a spectrum of light into the skin. These lights target melanin, helping it reach the hair root and destroy key areas within the follicle. It’s a non-invasive treatment that won’t irritate the surface of your skin like waxing and other common options.
2. IPL For Skin Rejuvenation:
Due to its wide range of wavelengths, pulse duration and intensities, IPL treatments can effectively treat a range of skin conditions and frequently more than one condition in any given treatment session.
Sun Damage:
Long-term exposure to the sun can cause changes in skin pigmentation, blood vessels, and texture, including:
Severely sun-damaged skin with skin cancer or multiple solar keratoses can benefit from IPL photodynamic therapy, which combines a topical medication (aminolevulinic acid) with an intense light to rejuvenate the treated area.
Age Spots, Birthmarks, Freckles:
Age spots, freckles, liver spots, freckles, and many birthmarks are all accumulations of pigment in the top layer of the skin. Such spots respond to IPL because IPL is active against skin pigment.
Spider Veins:
The tiny capillaries in the skin, commonly called spider veins, respond well to light treatments such as lasers and IPL for broken capillaries because they are so close to the surface of the skin. The treatment is particularly effective for people with fair skin, as IPL works best when there is a clear contrast between the red color of the unwanted spider veins and the surrounding pale skin.
Skin Sagging and Fine Lines:
While IPL is particularly useful for reducing skin pigmentation, the heat it produces can stimulate skin cell turnover and collagen production. This can have the effect of tightening areas of loose, wrinkled or sagging skin and smoothing fine lines.
Melasma:
Melasma is a skin condition that causes hyperpigmentation throughout the body, usually on the face, but can also occur on different parts of the body. Both heat and light can trigger and exacerbate melasma. Certain types of laser treatments are able to treat melasma, but IPL carries the risk of making the condition worse, so it is not usually used to treat melasma.

IPL Machine(Intense Pulsed Elight)FAQ
Q: Does IPL treatment hurt?
A: IPL treatment is delivered via a handheld device operated by a technician to generate heat. The patient can feel a brief, quick blast of energy in the treated area. The sensation is like the gentle snap of a rubber band. IPL treatment causes little discomfort and is generally well tolerated.
Q: When will I start seeing results after IPL treatment?
A: Patients will begin to see results 7-10 days after IPL laser treatment. Full results can be seen after two weeks. Since IPL stimulates the production of new collagen, results will continue to be seen up to 6 months after the initial treatment.
Q: Is there any downtime for IPL laser treatments?
A: Technically, there is no downtime after IPL treatments. You can apply makeup immediately after treatment and can return to normal activities. After treatment, your skin may be slightly red, similar to a sunburn. Any current pigmentation you have will begin to darken, eventually taking on a “coffee grounds” appearance. These “coffee grounds” will begin to fall off as the skin heals.
